Food for Life (18 minutes)

This 18-minute film available on DVD or download here has been produced specifically for GCSE Food Technology students. Food for Life covers all aspects of the vegetarian diet including health and nutrition; animals; environment; feeding the world and examples of what to eat each day to be healthy. Experts include Dr Chris Fenn (nutritionist); Alan Durning (World Watch Institute); Juliet Gellatley (founder of Viva! and VVF and nutritional therapist) and Lesley Jeavons (cookery expert). This film has proved very popular with secondary schools across the UK.
